Why? To solidify the brow, decreasing lines a wrinkles.
Reiterations: Repeat 3 times, for 2 minutes, 4 times each week.
1) Make huge “C’ shapes with your thumbs and forefingers and place them all over around your eyes.
2) Open your eyes wide and turn upward. Begin to pull down with the forefingers while at the same time attempting to raise your eyebrows.
3) Maintain this resistance for 2 seconds and rehash 3 times.
4) Hold for 10 seconds. At that point unwind. Be mindful so as to keep your thumbs on your cheekbones and not your eyes.
